JOINING FOR NEW INITIATES (EAs)

Candidates that are enrolled strictly within 31 days of initiation will not be required to be medically underwritten. 

 

The monies to be paid on application is USD $136.00.

Broken down as follows:

​

1. Joining (One-Time) - USD $5.00
2. Charity Call (Annual) - USD $15.00
3. Administration (Annual) -  USD $12.50
4. Insurance Premium (Annual) - USD $103.50

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

Benefits vary with age and are as follows:

​

  • Up to Age 65 - Basic Cover is USD $12,500.00

    • Accidental Death and Dismemberment up to an additional USD $12,500.00

  • Age 66 to 80 - Basic Cover is USD $6,250.00

    • No additional cover

  • Over age 80 until death - Basic Cover is USD $3,250.00

    • No additional cover
